REGULATIONS OF POLISH DREAMIN’25
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- These Regulations define the terms and conditions under which the event under the name of “Polish Dreamin’ 25” (hereinafter referred to as “Dreamin’“) takes place.
- The organizer of the Dreamin’ is Coffee & Force Foundation with seat at ul. Kard. Augusta Hlonda 2/4 /11, 50-239 Wrocław, NIP: 8982289815, KRS: 0001022312, REGON: 524608948, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer“.
- The main aim of the Dreamin’ is to inspire, educate, and connect individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise levels in Salesforce technology.
2. DATE AND PLACE
- The Dreamin’ takes place on March 28, 2025.
- The Dreamin’ takes place stationary in Wrocław.
- The Dreamin’ agenda will be available on the Website. The agenda is informative and subject to change.
3. DEFINITIONS
- Participant – it may be an adult natural person with full legal capacity or a Partner or his/her/its representative, depending on the context.
- Partner – a natural person, legal person or institution that participates in the Dreamin’ by partnership.
- Website – website available at the electronic address: polishdreamin25.mk-events.pl containing information about the Dreamin’, including its agenda, and enabling registration of participation in the Dreamin’ as a Participant.
4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
- Participation in the Dreamin’ is voluntary and paid.
- The condition for participation in the Dreamin’ is (1) registration by completing the on-line application form on the Website, buying a ticket and accepting the necessary consents and provisions, including these Regulations or (2) conclusion of the necessary and appropriate agreement by and between the Partner and the Organizer.
- The number of participants is limited to 600 persons.
- An e-mail confirming participation the Dreamin’ will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the application form.
- The Organizer should be informed about any changes to the previously sent form by e-mail to the following address: dreamin@coffeeforce.pl
- The Participant takes full responsibility for his/her/its property and is obliged to guard it himself/herself. The Organizer is not responsible for items left unattended, lost, stolen and for any losses.
- The language of the event is English.
- If the Participant is unable to participate in Dreamin’ for reasons beyond his/her control, the Participant may transfer his/her ticket to another Participant. A change of participant is possible 48 hours before the start of Dreamin’, by contacting the following address: dreamin@coffeeforce.pl
5. WITHDRAWAL
- The right to withdraw from the participation under this paragraph applies only to the consumer.
- The consumer may withdraw from the participation without giving a reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period starts from the date of buying ticket.
- The consumer withdraws by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Organizer. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the declaration before its expiry.
- If the right of withdrawal is effectively exercised, the participation is considered void and the Consumer is free from any obligations.
- The refund of the price paid by the consumer will be made immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the consumer’s declaration of withdrawal from the participation.
- If the Participant is unable to participate in Dreamin’ for reasons beyond his/her control, the Participant may transfer his/her ticket to another Participant. A change of participant is possible 48 hours before the start of Dreamin’, by contacting the following address: dreamin@coffeeforce.pl
- The Organizer informs the Participant who is a Consumer about the possibility of using out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims. The rules for access to these procedures are available at the offices or on the websites of entities authorized to resolve disputes out of court. Information on the Consumer’s ability to use out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims, as well as the rules of access to these procedures, are available on the following websites of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection:

- These may be, in particular, consumer ombudsmen or Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection, the list of which is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection at http://www.uokik.gov.pl/spory_konsumenckie.php.
- The information referred to in points above can also be obtained by the consumer at the offices and on the websites of district (municipal) consumer ombudsmen, social organizations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection and Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection.
- In particular, the consumer has the following options to use out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims:
- the possibility of applying to a permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Trade Inspection,
- the possibility of submitting a request to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection to initiate mediation proceedings regarding an amicable settlement.
- The Organizer informs that a platform for the online dispute resolution system between consumers and entrepreneurs at the EU level (ODR platform) is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR), the Organizer informs, that:
- The Organizer is the administrator of personal data provided by the Participant.
- The Participant’s personal data processed by the Organizer include: name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, position, LinedIn profile address.
- Personal data will be processed for one or several of the following purposes:
- a) organization of the Dreamin’ – the legal basis is the necessity of data processing in order to conclude and perform the contract for the provision of the service (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
- b) organizational, financial, administrative and IT services – the legal basis is the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is the organization of the Dreamin’ (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
- c) promoting the Dreamin’ and conducting marketing of the Administrator, Organizer or their business partners and publishing recordings from the Dreamin’ – the legal basis is the implementation of the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is marketing (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
- d) pursuing and defending against claims and for archiving purposes – the legal basis is the implementation of the Administrator’s legitimate interest in pursuing and defending against claims and archiving data (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- Providing personal data is obligatory and determines the possibility of participating in the Dreamin’.
- The participant has the right to access their personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it, as well as the right to limit their processing, the right to withdraw consent, the right to transfer data, the right to object to the processing of personal data.
- Recipients of personal data may be entities to which the Organizer orders the performance of activities that require data processing (processing entities): e.g. Partners, IT system operators, finance operators, audit companies, other entities authorized under the provisions of law.
- Personal data may be processed in an automated manner and may be profiled.
- Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the goals referred to in sec. 2 or until the data storage obligations resulting from legal provisions expire.
- The participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

7. IMAGE
- Data in the form of the Participant may be published on the Website, social media of the Organizer, to what each Participant agrees at the time of registration for Dreamin’.
- By registering for the Dreamin’, the Participant agrees to the free distribution of his/her image, registered during the Dreamin’, for promotional purposes. The consent is granted for an unlimited period and without territorial restrictions. The consent also covers the dissemination of the image by third parties as part of broadcasting and public playback of promotional materials, reports, and information about the Dreamin’.
- By registering in the Dreamin’, the Participant also grants the Organizer a free permission to record and use his/her image and voice in photographic and audiovisual materials, including the use of photographs and audiovisual materials for purposes related to the activities of the Organizer and the User, in particular by publishing the above-mentioned on their own websites, on social media and on their own news channels.
8. COMPLAINTS
- Any complaints may be submitted by the Participant to the e-mail address dreamin@coffeeforce.pl or in writing to the Organizer’s correspondence address.
- A complaint regarding the course of the Dreamin’ may be submitted within 14 days from the end of the Dreamin’. The date of submission of the complaint is the date of receipt of the complaint by the Organizer.
- Complaints submitted after the deadline specified in paragraph 2 will not be considered.
- The Organizer undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its submission. If the Organizer does not reply to the complaint within the time limit indicated above, it is considered that the complaint has been accepted, i.e., the Participant’s declaration or request has been considered justified.
9. ORDER RULES
- The Participant taking part in the Dreamin’ is obliged to behave in a way that does not threaten the safety of other Participants, to comply with the law and the Regulations.
- The Participant taking part in the Dreamin’ is obliged to respect the rights and personal dignity of other Participants. The Participant is strictly prohibited from harassing other Participants. Harassment includes: offensive verbal comments regarding gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, religion, intentional bullying, stalking, inappropriate physical contact. In addition, during the Dreamin’, it is forbidden to use words and symbols commonly considered unlawful, including profanity or expressions that may offend religious or philosophical feelings, and indicate discrimination.
- The Participant is obliged to immediately report to the Organizer any cases of inappropriate behavior (in particular those indicated above) of other Participants.
- The Participant is fully responsible for any damage caused to the facility where the Dreamin’ takes place and to the property not belonging to the Participant.
- The Participant is not allowed to bring and consume alcohol or any kind of intoxicants or psychotropic substances on the premises of the Dreamin’.
10. DREAMIN’ COURSE REGISTRATION
- The Organizer declares that the course of the Dreamin’ will be filmed, photographed, broadcast and recorded on media as part of TV, radio, Internet and other public broadcasts according to the technical method chosen by the Organizer, to which the Participant agrees upon registration.
- The Organizer is entitled to record, document and disseminate the course of the Dreamin’ both in the audiovisual form (for the journalistic form of news, interview, artistic or music video) and visual (for documentary and artistic photography), as well as for promotion or advertising. Therefore, the image of people participating in the Dreamin’ may be recorded free of charge and then disseminated indefinitely in a manner and for the above-mentioned purposes, to which the Participant agrees at the time of registration.
11. CONDUCT AND CANCELLATION OF DREAMIN’
- The Organizer will provide all security measures to conduct the Dreamin’ in accordance with applicable law.
- If it is necessary to cancel the Dreamin’ due to force majeure, in particular due to the epidemiological threat related to COVID-19 or another infectious disease in 2025, the Organizer undertakes to organize the Dreamin’ as soon as possible.
- The necessity to cancel the Dreamin’ should be understood in particular as:
- a) the entry into force of legal provisions, according to which it will not be allowed to conduct a Dreamin’ with the personal participation;
- b) the occurrence of obstacles in the organization of the Dreamin’ due to the scale of COVID-19 or other infectious disease incidence, in particular the absence of Dreamin’ moderators;
- c) projected low attendance of Participants;
- Bearing in mind the above, the Organizer reserves the right to transfer the Dreamin’ at its own discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Dreamin’ at least 48 hours before its start.
- In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Dreamin’, the Organizer shall not be liable for any damages suffered by legal and natural persons who registered their participation in the Dreamin’.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Regulations come into force on November 15, 2024.
- In justified cases, the Organizer reserves the right to change the provisions of these Regulations. Amendments made to the Regulations enter into force upon the publication of the amended Regulations on the Website.
- Violation by Dreamin’ Participants of any of the provisions of the Regulations, and in particular providing false personal data, violation of the law or generally accepted principles of social life, in connection with participation in the Dreamin’, entitles the Organizer to exclude the Participant from the Dreamin’ with the loss of the right to the award.
- The Organizer does not cover and does not reimburse the costs of participation in the Dreamin’, nor the costs of travel and accommodation.
- The Organizer has the final say in matters not defined in the Regulations, unless it concerns matters specified in the Civil Code.
- The Regulations are governed by Polish law.
- Any disputes will be settled amicably. In the absence of an amicable settlement, the court having jurisdiction over the place of residence of the Organizer shall be competent.
